Cancellation policy:
Please be aware that your application to a specific course is only registered upon receipt of the appropriate advance payment.
For cancellations more than one month prior to the scheduled course date the full advance payment will be refunded except a charge for administrative costs (150,00€).
For cancellations less than one month prior to the scheduled course date no refunds will be given.
Right of withdrawal:
Consumers have a 14 (fourteen)-day right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). We will refund the payment we have received from you within a maximum of 3 weeks. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
